Job Title: Area Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Management (40%):
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve regional growth targets.
    • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
    • Manage P&L, ensuring profitability and cost-efficiency.
  • Operation Management (25%):
    • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
    • Optimize warehouse and delivery operations for maximum productivity.
    • Implement innovative solutions to address logistical challenges.
  • Personnel Management (20%):
    • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Cost, Fixed Assets, Raw Materials, and COD Management (15%):
    • Monitor and control costs, identifying areas for optimization.
    • Manage fixed assets and inventory levels.
    • Implement effective strategies for cash-on-delivery (COD) management.

Qualifications:

  • Location: Ho Chi Minh City
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Over 2 years of experience managing a team of 30 or more employees
    •  2 – 3 years of experience in managing BD, Sales, and Operations at the level of Supervisor, Manager, or higher in companies in the Ecommerce, Express, Logistics, Retail, and related industries
    • Over 2 years of sales experience
  • Skills:
    • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute long-term plans.
    • Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis and decision-making.
    • Leadership: Ability to inspire and motivate teams.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with e-logistics systems and technology.
